Steps

Select the property and open Admin & System → Distribution Hub with permission to manage property settings access and Distribution enabled.

Complete the property's required details, room types, physical inventory, rate plans and nightly pricing. Resolve any Missing property fields using Open property details.

Choose Connect Distribution Channels, select the channel, and choose Open connection window. Complete that channel's authorisation and room/rate mapping in the secure connection window. The fields and approvals inside that provider window depend on the selected channel.

If Staycore requests Sync rooms & rates first, complete the structure synchronisation before continuing channel setup. For apartment inventory, check the product badge so a whole apartment is mapped to the intended product rather than a private room.

If the connection is pending, complete approval in the OTA dashboard. Return to Distribution Hub and verify the channel shows connected, its mapped inventory is correct and the sync information is current.

Review an imported booking in Front Desk before relying on the connection operationally. A connected account alone does not prove every room/rate mapping or booking import is correct.
