Open the top-bar shortcuts editor while signed in to the intended property. Search the available pages using Search pages....

Add the permitted pages, reorder the selected shortcuts and remove any no longer needed. Navigation choices remain limited by your property permissions.

Choose Save to persist the reviewed shortcuts or Cancel to discard the draft. Reload if Staycore reports that access changed.

Use the navigation’s pin/home-area preferences for the same property scope. Badges and recent usage update automatically; pinning a page never grants permission to open it.
