Steps

  1. Open Control Tower. Set Property/group, date range or lookback window and shift.

  2. Inspect Operating posture, priority actions, changes since the last review and decision briefs. Open the underlying case or command for the evidence behind each signal.

  3. Review Verification, Compensation, operation alerts and outbox/side-effect health before interpreting a command as successful. Missing evidence and “no records” are not confirmation of healthy operation.

  4. In Learning Loop Actions, inspect a policy/SLA recommendation. Choose Apply or Reject only after checking its intended scope and evidence, then confirm the returned result.

  5. For asset risk, open the asset workflow and View linked playbooks. Resolve the issue in the owning maintenance/task workflow and return to review measured outcomes.
