Choose how your organisation receives messages about its Staycore billing account.
Steps
- Open the private notification-preferences link supplied in the billing message.
- Review Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Select the channels your organisation wants to use for billing notifications.
- Choose Save preferences and check the saved confirmation.
Contact Staycore Support if the link has expired or the contact details need correcting. These preferences are separate from your hotel guests’ marketing consent.
