Only configured public modules are available. The host website’s framing policy and secure guest sign-in affect whether the embed can load.
Steps
-
Open the embedded booking, loyalty, reservation, ordering or table-payment module on the property’s website. Verify that the property and requested service are correct.
-
Booking and search embeds open with check-in set to today and check-out set to tomorrow, using the visitor's local date. Valid upcoming check_in and check_out URL parameters can prefill the stay, including dates carried from the property collection. Saved draft dates and stale or invalid URL dates do not replace the fresh defaults. Guests can change dates and occupancy before checking availability. Complete the availability, guest-details and payment review shown in the booking flow. For tables/orders, use the displayed live availability/menu and payment controls.
-
For loyalty account access, choose Open secure sign-in when the embed requests it, complete sign-in in that secure window and return to the original embed.
-
Check that account access was established before using membership benefits. If the handoff fails, reopen the property’s secure guest account page; a blocked embedded sign-in does not mean membership was created or claimed.
-
Keep the confirmed booking/order/reference and verify its payment state. A site preview cannot create real bookings, payments or account mutations.
