Steps

  1. In Operations Hub → Acknowledgements, open the assigned publication and read the exact published revision, including the relevant attachments.

  2. Select I have read this playbook only after reading it. Confirm Acknowledgement recorded. when online.

  3. If offline, the screen says the acknowledgement is queued on this device. Keep that signed-in user and property context; a queued receipt has not yet reached Staycore.

  4. Reconnect and open Operations Hub → Offline. Check Cached playbooks and Queued receipts, then choose Sync queued acknowledgements.

  5. Read the synced/still-queued counts and confirm the assignment is acknowledged after refresh. If receipts remain queued, inspect the error and retry after the connection or access issue is resolved; wait for the acknowledgement to sync before marking the assignment finished.
