Steps

  1. Open Admin & System → Properties. The account needs multi-property access and your user needs permission to edit property details.

  2. Choose Add property.

  3. Enter Property name. Review Slug (optional), Address, Timezone and Currency.

  4. Choose Property type: Hotel, Shortlet or F&B. For a hotel, choose the appropriate hotel configuration. For a shortlet, review the displayed shortlet defaults such as turnover buffer, fees and deposit mode.

  5. Review Active, then choose Create property.

  6. Wait for the form to close and confirm that the new property appears in the list. Select it in the workspace and complete its setup before taking bookings or orders.

Property management is unavailable offline. If creation fails, read the displayed error and correct it before retrying. Creating a property does not copy another property's rooms, menu, bookings or staff permissions.
