Steps

  1. In the operations workspace, find the Property selector in the header.

  2. Open Select property and choose the property you need. The selector appears only when your accessible property list supports switching.

  3. Wait for the workspace to load the selected property, then check its displayed name and the information on the screen before making a change.

  4. If the property is missing from your list, ask an administrator to check your property membership and the property's availability.

Switching changes the current operational scope. It does not turn a property-specific report into a portfolio-wide report. Use the portfolio reporting screens when you need an account-wide view, and check the scope stated by that report.
