Requires CoreAI access and permissions for the requested information. Property/outlet scope is enforced independently of conversation history.

Steps

  1. Open CoreAI or the docked panel. Check Property or Portfolio operating scope and, for F&B questions, All authorised outlets or the specific outlet.

  2. Choose New chat for a new topic. Enter the task in Message CoreAI, include relevant dates/entities and choose Send message. Add files/images only when the attachment control is available; review voice transcription before sending when voice is enabled.

  3. Read progress while it works. Use Stop generating to cancel an unwanted active response; cancellation does not undo a previously completed business command.

  4. Answer any clarification using the options or Your answer → Continue. Continue related questions in the same conversation so the scope and previous answer remain available.

  5. Inspect charts, notices and Command and evidence details to see the basis and limitations. A recommendation is not a completed action; command cards need their own review.

  6. Use Conversation history to search/open previous chats, Rename and Save title to change a title, or Archive/Delete through their displayed actions. Use Open full CoreAI workspace when a wider reading area is useful.
