Steps

  1. Open the report link offered by the CoreAI conversation while signed in. Preserve its conversation/property/outlet scope; changing the link does not grant access to another property.

  2. Review the property or portfolio label and the Saved observation time. This report contains saved findings, not continuously refreshed dashboard values.

  3. Read each chart’s units, date range and notices. Use Show conversation answer for the saved explanation and Sources and observations to inspect supporting evidence.

  4. If a source link cannot preserve the report’s property/outlet, open that source from the matching workspace. If access is unavailable, obtain authorised access rather than using an old cached result.

  5. For a report still being prepared, use Back to CoreAI and follow the conversation. A settled conversation may have no supported chart or saved report; ask for an appropriate supported report instead of assuming it exists.
