Steps

  1. Open F&B → Workspace → More → Online listings for the correct property. Under Menu items, search and use the visibility/category filters to find the item.

  2. Choose Hide item or Show item to change availability. The action saves immediately; verify its Hidden or Visible state.

  3. Open Details. Use Allow online orders to control online ordering separately and Feature this item for discovery placement. These settings save immediately.

  4. In the details, review connected companies and Outlet scope. Edit Promotion label, then press Enter or leave the field to save. Clear the text to remove the label and wait for saving to finish.

  5. Use Edit menu for product details or pricing. For provider publication, choose Orders & delivery companies → Publish menu and check Last menu update and any errors. A local item edit does not prove successful provider publication.
