Steps

  1. In the selected property's Bookings from ChatGPT panel, refresh readiness and review Payment readiness. Pay at property must be configured and allowed by each selected rate. Prepaid rates require a verified payment connection for the exact currency.

  2. Confirm participation has been recorded and the property's payment connection is configured. Review each active rate currency and any blocker. A configured country alone does not prove that the merchant or currency can accept online payments.

  3. In Completed live lodging payment reference, enter an existing successful Paystack reservation or booking-offer payment belonging to this property. Test payments, another property's reference, unrelated payments and unsuccessful payments cannot establish live readiness.

  4. Choose Verify merchant currency. Staycore checks the existing payment with the current provider connection, including the reference, amount, currency and live-success status. Verification creates no new charge.

  5. Refresh and check the verified currency and last verification time. Other currencies need their own valid evidence. Changing the payment connection requires a new verification; previous merchant proof does not transfer to a new connection.

  6. If payment evidence does not match, check the original transaction and use the correct completed live lodging payment. If the connection changed, refresh and verify again. If verification is unavailable or a currency is unsupported, ask support to review readiness instead of treating the property as ready for prepayment.

The booking channel rechecks readiness when guests search, obtain quotes, hold rooms and confirm. A saved participation choice or payment-verification timestamp does not override a current blocker.
