TV settings require permission to manage TV settings; design management and publication use permission to manage TV settings and permission to approve TV settings respectively.
Steps

Open Staycore TV → Settings / Maintenance & access. Review the staff maintenance PIN, update window and First-name welcome. Enable TV Content Studio only when the property’s TVs support it, then save the policy.

Open Content Studio → Content Library. Choose Create content with design name/description, or Customise/Edit draft on an existing template.

Edit the visual design, assets and allowed merge fields. Choose an AI occasion preset if using AI and review its result. Keep guest personal information out of the design-generation prompt.

Save the draft and preview it. A draft save leaves the previous published revision live; reload the latest draft if revision conflict is reported.

An authorised publisher selects the published cover and publishes. If Publish to linked Home Tiles? appears, review Affected Home Tiles and rooms and choose Publish revision or Keep current revision.

Verify the publication in Version history before sending or scheduling. Existing simple/app Home Tiles remain independently available even when Content Studio is disabled.
