Download a membership card or cancel at period end

Steps

1. Sign in to your membership profile on the published property site and review Membership cards, your status and validity.

2. Use Download PDF, Print or Email my card for the available card. Email delivery is queued to your verified email address.

3. To end an eligible paid membership, choose Cancel membership and review when the current period ends and the programme’s refund terms.

4. Choose Confirm cancellation at period end and refresh the profile. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment; review any refund separately with the property.
