Use the review invitation from the property to share feedback about your stay or visit.

Steps

  1. Open the review link in the property’s message. Check the property and, for a dining visit, the outlet shown on the page.
  2. Choose one to five stars under How would you rate your stay? or How would you rate your visit?
  3. Add any comments you want to share, keeping within the displayed length limit.
  4. Submit the review and wait for Thank you for your review.

If the link has expired or does not open, contact the property for help. For a booking change, payment question, or urgent issue, contact the property directly.
