Steps

  1. Open Profile & Security from More. Check your account and workspace before changing personal settings.

  2. Choose Set up authenticator (or Set up MFA), add the displayed Setup key or Authenticator URI to your authenticator, enter its 6-digit code, and choose Verify and enable. Confirm the refreshed enrolled status.

  3. Reset help displays the available reset guidance. Turn off authenticator is offered only when MFA is optional for your role; a required enrollment cannot be disabled from this screen.

  4. Under Notification preferences, tap the named channel to switch its on/off state and check the refreshed value. Open alerts opens the operational feed.

  5. To end access on this phone, select Sign out and revoke device. Sign in again when you need another session.
