Read and acknowledge mobile alerts

Steps

1. Open Alerts or use Review alerts from Home. Check the title, body, age and severity of the notification.

2. Tap the notification to open its linked operational record. Inspect that record before deciding what operational work is needed.

3. Choose Acknowledge after reviewing the alert. Dismiss is available only for alerts that do not require acknowledgement.

4. Check the refreshed feed to confirm the interaction. Acknowledging an alert records that it was seen; complete the underlying task or case in its own screen.
