Use your secure booking link to pay the amount due and view your service receipts.

Steps

  1. Open the complete secure booking link from your confirmation.
  2. Check Service status, Payment status, Total, Paid, Balance due, and Payment due.
  3. Choose the displayed Pay action and review the amount before continuing to payment.
  4. Return to the booking after payment. Choose Refresh status if the result is still pending.
  5. When payment is confirmed, choose View receipts. Check the remaining balance and when it is due.

If you have paid but the booking still needs review, contact the property with your booking and payment references. Use the existing booking while the property checks the payment.
