Steps

  1. Scan the code at your table. When WhatsApp signup is ready, the QR opens the property's chat with a prepared MENU request; tap Send without removing its reference. Use Open WhatsApp if the app did not open, or View menu only on the QR page to go directly to the browser menu.

  2. In WhatsApp, read the property's consent notice and Privacy notice, then choose Menu + updates for the described property-wide messages or Menu only without new marketing permission. Open the menu link returned in the chat. If your number is hidden, the reply provides a menu link; sharing your own contact is optional and needed only to continue signup for updates. A menu request alone does not reverse a previous STOP. Confirm the restaurant and table shown in the menu. If it says Please order at the counter or asks you to order through staff, use that service option. Staff must seat your party before table ordering becomes available.

  3. When Add your name appears, enter the name to use for your orders and choose Continue. Maybe later skips the prompt, but a venue that requires a name will still need it before accepting your order. Use the same name throughout the visit.

  4. Browse the categories or use Search menu where shown. Open a dish to review its description, dietary information, allergens and price. Set Quantity, complete any required choices and add Notes, then choose Add to Order. Set quantity to zero and choose Remove Item to remove it from your draft.

  5. Choose Review order. Check the dishes, quantities, choices and total, enter Order note if needed, and choose an optional tip under Add a tip.

  6. Choose Place Order to submit, or Pay Now when the venue offers payment at this stage. For Pay Now, complete the secure payment page and return to the table menu. Follow any validation or availability error before trying again.

  7. Check the resulting order reference and order status. Order sent to the kitchen. confirms submission; Payment confirmed. confirms the payment after verification. These are separate outcomes. Follow the table's orders/activity view for progress and ask staff about an order that does not appear.
