Steps

  1. Open Staycore TV → Settings → Hotel videos → Edit hotel videos with TV management access.

  2. Add the approved HTTPS media base supplied by the media host. Choose Add video and enter title, synopsis, category, poster, direct MP4 URL, duration, rights basis and any availability dates. Use a new URL when replacing a film.

  3. Add WebVTT subtitles and language-specific text where needed. Review ownership/licensing, availability and the poster. Reorder entries or Remove video for withdrawn content.

  4. Choose Save video draft, then Preview saved videos in the required language. Resolve invalid media locations or revision conflicts before continuing.

  5. Publish the saved catalogue using the publication action. To withdraw all videos, disable and publish the disabled catalogue. Confirm the published revision; draft changes remain private.

  6. Guests open the published Watch catalogue on their room TVs. Playback still checks current availability and rights; a catalogue preview is not proof that a remote media file played successfully.
