Steps

  1. In the property’s TV settings, open Around the hotel → Edit local recommendations with TV management access.

  2. Choose the enabled state and default language, then Add place. Enter the title, description, opening information, category, property photo and destination address. Optional latitude and longitude must be supplied together.

  3. If offering hotel transport, select an available Hotel transport service and its destination field. The service must be guest-visible and accept a destination text field; its own availability and pricing still apply.

  4. Add and review translations, reorder places or Remove place as needed, then choose Save recommendations draft.

  5. Choose a preview language and Preview saved recommendations. Review the saved revision before Publish local recommendations; publish the disabled version when withdrawing the catalogue.

  6. If another editor changed the revision, reload and review before saving again. Guests use the published directions on their phone; selecting transport continues into a service form and does not itself create a booking.
