Steps

  1. Open Staycore TV → Settings for the intended property and expand TV appearance and Hotel Guide. Editing and publishing require TV management access.

  2. Choose the default guest language and enabled state. Upload or select property photos for the welcome image and section artwork, then set the background, card, text and focus colours. Resolve readability or asset-ownership validation before saving.

  3. In Hotel Guide, add an entry, choose its information type and fill its text/structured fields. Select existing entries to reorder or remove them. Add each translation as a draft and review its complete content; missing translations use the default entry.

  4. Review existing information-card translations and Home Tile groupings. Remove unavailable references only after confirming that they are obsolete.

  5. Choose Save TV draft, preview the saved revision in the intended language, and inspect the result. Unsaved or conflicting drafts cannot be published; use Reload latest TV draft when another editor changed it.

  6. Choose Publish TV presentation after reviewing that exact revision. Publishing an explicitly disabled draft turns the presentation off. Confirm the published revision; saving a draft alone does not update room TVs.
