Steps

  1. Open Maintenance and choose Report issue. Enter Issue title and Description, select Room/Unit or Asset, and search for the exact target.

  2. Set Blocks revenue deliberately: a room blocker makes the room unavailable, while asset work does not change room availability. Choose Create issue and verify the issue in the dispatch list.

  3. Open the issue and choose Start when repair begins. Check the linked asset or room and the severity before working.

  4. Choose Resolve / close after repair. Select the technician where available, enter Parts/material cost and resolution notes, and optionally Upload resolution photo.

  5. Choose Resolve or Close to record the intended state, then return to the issue and verify the refreshed status. A closed sheet alone is not proof Staycore accepted the change.
