Steps

Open Staycore TV → Review incidents & commands and inspect the selected device, current room assignment and Incidents & recovery evidence.

Open Software commands and choose Refresh command status. TV management permission and enabled recovery are required to send a command; read access can inspect its history.

Select the command, set Expires after (seconds) between 30 and 900, and optionally link a current incident for that same TV assignment. Review its described effect.

Choose Send command once. A pending or acknowledged command of the same kind must be refreshed before sending another. Foreground-only TVs may wait until Staycore app is open.

If the response is unknown, choose Check original command. Prepare a fresh review only when the original lookup confirms that it is missing.

Inspect the command receipt and incident separately. Acknowledgement or completed software execution does not close a fault; a newer signed healthy observation for the same assignment and resource establishes verified recovery.
