Steps

  1. Open TV Content Studio and find Guest attention → Promotion frequency for the property.

  2. With content approval permission, choose whether to enable automatic promotions and set the minimum spacing, maximum per hotel-local day and maximum per stay.

  3. Set Allow guest-requested replay according to the intended guest experience, then choose Save promotion policy.

  4. If the policy revision changed, use Reload current policy and review it before saving. A promotion admitted by policy still needs eligible published content and actual TV delivery; the policy save is not a delivery receipt.
