Steps

  1. In Distribution, open Unit setup. Enter unit type name, code, unit number, type and occupancy/bedroom/bathroom details, then Save unit and confirm it appears.

  2. Open Rate plan setup or an existing rate's edit control. Enter rate name/code/currency, distribution scope, breakfast and active state, then Save rate plan or Update rate plan.

  3. Open Rate calendar, select the exact unit type and rate plan, set start/end dates, price, minimum nights and Open/Closed/CTA/CTD restrictions. Choose Save and push ARI and then review synchronization results.

  4. Open Unit photos for the correct unit type, grant photo-library access and select images to upload. Use Cover, Up and Delete deliberately to set the lead image, reorder or remove an image. Refresh the list and review the resulting listing photos.
