Open the verified management link for your reservation and find Your arrival. Choose Arrival details.

Review Included with your stay, when shown, and choose How will you arrive?. If arriving by airport, enter your Flight number.

Enter Expected arrival time in the displayed property timezone and choose whether you would like transfer information.

Choose Save arrival information and wait for Arrival information saved.

If the details changed elsewhere, refresh and review before saving again. Travel details help the team prepare; transfer arrangements are confirmed separately.
