Some services are reserved for guests with a booking or an active stay.

Steps

  1. Open the service’s booking page and review who can request it.
  2. Choose Use reservation link and enter your Secure reservation management link.
  3. Continue to review so the property can check your reservation and service eligibility.
  4. Choose your options and schedule, then review the price and complete the booking.

If you cannot find your secure reservation link, contact the property. Your name or booking reference alone does not replace reservation verification.
