Assemble an apartment from existing rooms

This flow is available for apartment-style hotel inventory. It groups existing rooms while retaining their product and pricing identity.

Steps

1. Open Room Management and choose Create apartment from rooms.

2. In Apartment & rooms, enter the apartment number and floor, choose the entrance arrangement and select the eligible rooms to include. Review any room-specific blocker.

3. Choose Continue to apartment product. Configure the whole-apartment product and pricing in Apartment product; review the retained products and rates for the selected private rooms.

4. Choose Review inventory. Inspect the inventory, pricing, access-layout and conflict information in Review & create. Missing door mappings are reported here; creating inventory does not configure door hardware.

5. Resolve the listed blockers and choose Refresh preview after changes. Choose Create apartment only when the current preview allows creation, then verify the parent apartment and child rooms in Room Management.

For a new private room within an existing apartment, use Add Room → Private room, choose its Sellable product and parent apartment, and set Individually bookable deliberately before Create private room. A whole-apartment product and a private-room product are distinct inventory choices.
