Inspect a room or print its guest QR code

Steps

1. Open Rooms & Service → Rooms for the correct property. Shortlet properties show units, and apartment hotels show apartments with their included rooms.

2. Filter by Floor and Room type, Unit type or Product, according to the property. Select the intended room or unit and review its occupancy, housekeeping and maintenance states.

3. Use Show QR to inspect its guest-entry code, or Copy guest link to copy that room's link. This is a room guest-entry link; restaurant table ordering uses table QR codes instead.

4. Choose Print QR for one room, or Print all QR codes to send the currently filtered rooms to QR Print Studio.

5. Review the selected room cards, layout, header/footer and print preview, then choose Print / Save PDF. Scan the printed card and confirm the intended room before placing it there; the QR link still follows the guest verification and access requirements.
