Steps

Open Room Management for the selected property and choose Add Room or Add Unit, according to the property type.

Enter the room or unit number and Floor, then select Room Type. Use the number staff and guests recognise on site.

For a shortlet unit, also set Unit Type, Adults Capacity, Children Capacity, Bedrooms, Beds, Bathrooms and Amenities where applicable.

Choose Create Room or Create Unit and check the new card in the property inventory. Resolve duplicate-number, missing-type or invalid-field errors before retrying.

To remove an unused physical record, choose its delete action and confirm the named room or unit. If Staycore refuses removal because of dependencies, retain the record and resolve those dependencies through their own workflows.
