Public pages show the property’s published release. Authentication and payment rules apply when continuing into a transaction.

Steps

  1. Open the property’s published site and check its name/location. On a portfolio site, select the intended property before making a booking or enquiry.

  2. Open Rooms and use View details for the room or apartment product. Review capacity, amenities, photos and whether the product is a whole unit or an individual room; a listing is not a dated availability result.

  3. Use the booking action to search actual dates and rates. For an F&B-only property, the rooms-style page presents venue spaces and Contact venue rather than hotel accommodation.

  4. Open Gallery and select a published image/film. Use Previous item, Next item or the arrow keys, then Close gallery to return.

  5. Use the site’s navigation/footer to read its published About, Privacy, Terms or custom pages. Their content and available navigation depend on the current release; missing pages should be reported to the property.

  6. Choose the relevant booking, dining, service or contact action to continue. Browsing a page or gallery does not submit an enquiry or reserve inventory.
