Requires the booking/offer’s secure management link. Offers can expire and their availability/payment rules remain authoritative.

Steps

  1. Open the unique confirmation/management link for the booking. Verify guest, property, dates, selected services, total and payment state; a missing secure token requires a new authorised link from the property.

  2. For outstanding eligible charges, use Pay total due today or Pay service as offered and check the payment result after returning. Payment requirements for a service are separate from the accommodation balance.

  3. If online cancellation is offered, open Manage booking → Cancellation, review its terms, enter an optional reason and confirm the cancellation action. When unavailable, contact the property. Cancellation does not by itself establish a provider refund.

  4. For an issued offer, open its secure offer link and review What’s included, terms, expiry, total, already-paid amount and balance. Use the offered proceed/pay action only for the intended package, or I don’t want to proceed to decline.

  5. After acceptance/payment, inspect the booking reference and conversion/payment state. If pending or an exception is shown, use Verify again and retain the payment reference instead of paying again.

  6. Use Print / PDF and Invoices and receipts on the secure offer page for available documents. A confirmed booking can still have an unpaid balance; a later payment reduces that balance rather than creating another booking.
