Guests use the property’s published booking flow; availability, payment methods and required fields depend on its configuration.

Steps

  1. Open the property’s public Book page. Check-in defaults to today and check-out to tomorrow using the visitor's local date; saved booking dates are not restored. A booking link with valid upcoming dates can prefill that search. Enter Check-in, Check-out, adults, children and room/unit count, then choose Find rooms (or the property’s unit label). Dates and available products determine what can be booked.

  2. Select the room type and rate plan. Review room/apartment scope, photos, nightly pricing and availability; add the required quantity to the selection and continue. Use Edit dates to start a new availability search if dates change.

  3. Enter Guest details, including lead contact and any required per-room guest names, phone/email and special requests. Select any offered hotel services and inspect whether they are charged now or only requested.

  4. Review Booking summary, fees/deposit, services due now, total due today and amount due on arrival. Apply a valid group or voucher code if applicable and check the resulting total.

  5. Choose Pay now (full amount) or Pay at property when offered. Create account and join loyalty program. starts unchecked; select it only if you want to register. To use points, sign in to the guest account with an existing eligible loyalty membership and review the redemption.

  6. Choose Confirm booking and complete the payment flow if required. Save the booking reference and secure confirmation link. Check the confirmed booking/payment outcome; returning from a payment page alone is not proof of payment.

  7. If the property is F&B-only, the Request a table form sends an enquiry via the venue’s contact channel. Fill name/contact, party size, date/time and notes, then Send enquiry and send the message in the opened window. This is a request awaiting venue confirmation, not a confirmed room reservation.
