Steps

  1. Reopen the original action review, choose Refresh review, or ask ChatGPT to check that action's status. Use the existing action identifier and property instead of requesting the same business change again.

  2. Check the actual state. Awaiting approval can still need approval or a separate execution decision. Executing means execution is queued or underway; it is not a success receipt. Completed means the operation was verified. Requires recovery means effects are not confirmed as complete and need investigation.

  3. If a decision response was interrupted, choose Retry same decision in the open review when offered. This resends the same decision safely with its existing retry identity; refreshing shows the current Staycore result. Do not create a second action to work around an uncertain response.

  4. If access was revoked, the review changed, or the review expired, follow the displayed instruction and refresh. An expired unstarted proposal needs a fresh review before approval; an already executing action must be checked for its existing outcome first.

  5. For Requires recovery, a failed action or an unexplained result, inspect the affected record in its normal Staycore workflow and ask an authorised colleague or support to investigate with the action identifier. Do not assume a retry or a rejection undoes an existing effect. Recovery uses the affected workflow's supported process; this review does not offer a general undo.
