Steps

Start Staycore connection offered in your ChatGPT conversation and sign in with your own Staycore staff account. If connection is unavailable, ask your organisation's administrator whether connected operations are enabled for your business.

On Connect Staycore to ChatGPT, check the business. If Business is available, select the intended business and choose Choose business. Only active staff memberships can supply properties; guest accounts cannot connect business operations.

Select the properties you intend to share. Select at least one property. A connection belongs to one business and cannot reach an unselected property just because you name it in a message.

Read the access description and consent checkbox. Read access allows permitted business information. Write access additionally allows preparation of operational changes for review; it still requires the applicable approval and execution rules. New write access requires fresh consent.

Acknowledge the displayed consent and choose Connect selected properties, or choose Cancel to leave without connecting. Return to the conversation and ask which properties are connected before requesting business information.

If the selection expired or no properties are available, restart the connection and have your administrator check your active membership. To change the selected properties or reduce access, revoke the old connection and connect again with the intended selection.
