Steps

  1. Ask for the specific change at the intended property. Preparation creates a proposed action and review; preparation is not execution. Check the action identifier so you can follow the same action afterward.

  2. Review the complete proposal in Staycore widget, or open the supplied action link. The page title is Review action from ChatGPT. Sign in with your own staff account and switch to the property's review when prompted.

  3. Read Proposed change, Expected impact, Recovery and reversibility, the approval stages and expiry. Check quantities, prices, recipients and other affected records. If anything is wrong, do not approve it; reject if authorised and prepare a corrected action.

  4. Use only an action currently offered to your account: approve, execute or reject. Complete the decision dialog and any required Decision reason. Depending on the action, Approve and execute can be offered; an approval-only decision records approval without proving the business change happened.

  5. High-risk actions require an independent approver, identity verification, a reason and the displayed impact/recovery acknowledgements. Their approval and execution are separate steps. The requester cannot supply their own independent approval, and incomplete approval stages prevent execution.

  6. After deciding, refresh the review and check the current result and any remaining approvals. Follow Check action status to confirm the result. If the review changed or expired before a decision, refresh and review the new details; obtain a fresh proposal when required.

The Staycore checks the action's current business permissions, connection, selected property and approval rules again at decision and execution time. Receiving a review link does not grant access. Switching property or account invalidates the open review; reopen the correct link in the current session.
