Select the property before opening Credits & usage. Choose AI credit for AI balance and packages, or WhatsApp Messaging for the separate WhatsApp wallet. Included credit refreshes monthly; purchased credit rolls over. The UI identifies packages as non-refundable purchases.
Property WhatsApp uses a separate WhatsApp Messaging wallet on Credits & usage. Each property receives ₦50 once; top-ups use Add WhatsApp credit. Review message charges and purchase history in the wallet. Incoming messages are free. Check the connected sender and billing status in Engagement → Settings → WhatsApp engagement.
Steps
-
Open Credits & usage for the property and select AI credit. Review Available AI credit, Monthly credit remaining, Purchased credit remaining and Used this period.
-
For additional credit, choose Add AI credit to reach the available top-up options. Review its credit amount, price and one-time purchase terms before continuing to checkout.
-
Complete payment in the secure checkout. Return to Staycore and wait for its verified status; the verified Paid checkout status and the updated AI balance establish success.
-
For an unfinished checkout use Reopen secure checkout, or cancel/choose another package through the displayed controls. If status cannot refresh, verify the existing order before purchasing again to avoid duplicate purchases.
Expand Usage details to inspect usage by feature and the automation allowance. Balance after top-up shows the purchased balance for each package. Open Billing settings under AI billing property to review or change portfolio billing. An AI-credit error or unavailable AI packages does not hide the WhatsApp tab.
For WhatsApp, select the WhatsApp Messaging tab on the same page and use Add WhatsApp credit for the selected property's separate wallet. Check the existing message again instead of sending another copy. Review message charges in WhatsApp wallet history and purchases in Your WhatsApp top-ups. Incoming messages and STOP requests continue when the wallet is exhausted.
