Steps

Open Payment Gateway for the correct property. Obtain the provider credentials from the authorised account owner.

Enter the Paystack Public key and Secret key using the intended provider environment, save and check Status/Last updated. Never place secret keys in a chat, help article or screenshot.

For outlet marketplace credentials, identify the correct outlet. For Glovo, enter the outlet’s Glovo store ID, optional display name, and partner account reference.

For Chowdeck, enter the outlet’s Merchant reference, API key and, only if issued by the provider, Webhook secret. Choose Save Glovo outlet or Save Chowdeck outlet for the intended binding and inspect success or validation errors.

Open the payment or marketplace workspace and check the saved connection. Review payments, menu publication, and incoming orders in their respective workflows.
