Steps

Edit the menu item and go to Modifiers. Choose Add Group and enter Group Name and Description.

Select the group's Mode, Min Select, Max Select and Sort Order. Set its required and active controls deliberately; the choice limits must match what the guest can order.

Choose Add Option for each choice. Enter its name, description, price adjustment and sort order; select Default only for an option that should start selected.

For a follow-up group that depends on another choice, select Child Of Option. Review the parent choice and child requirements together.

Choose Update on the menu item, then open that item in the relevant ordering surface and check the displayed choices, selection limits and resulting price before selling it.
