Create a paid membership or connect an existing free loyalty programme to your member experience.

Steps

  1. Open Engagement → Memberships and choose New programme.
  2. Under Details, enter Programme name, Programme code, and Description. Choose Membership type and the programme’s availability.
  3. Set the programme scope, billing property, and participating properties. For a free membership, select its Base loyalty programme.
  4. For a paid programme, open Plans, choose Add plan, and enter the name, monthly or annual period, price, currency, and terms.
  5. Review the grace period and refund policy, then configure Benefits, Registration, and Communications.
  6. Choose Save programme and review it in Programmes. Set its availability to Active when it should accept members.

Review new or changed plans before making them available for purchase. Each paid membership period is paid separately.
