Steps

  1. Open F&B → QR Menu Designer with permission to manage menus access. Enter Design name, then choose Use current menu, an offered starter or Use template under Saved templates.

  2. Arrange Menu structure, connect existing menu items and adjust the design using Live mobile preview. For a design image, open Images, choose Upload image and select a JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 3 MB; choose the uploaded image for the intended component or theme setting. These uploads do not replace catalogue images. Check that categories contain the intended available products and fix missing product references.

  3. Wait for the draft's saved status, or choose Save. Resolve Draft not saved or Save conflict before publishing. Preview orders remain on the device and do not create guest orders.

  4. Choose Publish. In Publish table menu, select Assignment level and the intended Property default, Outlet or Service area / zone. Choose Add destination and review the destination list; the first publication needs at least one destination.

  5. Clear preview validation errors and choose Save and publish. Wait for Menu published. Guests will see this release at the assigned destinations.

  6. Scan an existing QR code at each intended destination and inspect the guest menu. Printed codes remain valid; the design controls their presentation while prices, modifiers and availability stay linked to Menu Management.
