Steps

Open the design and choose Save template. Enter Template name, choose Template availability and select Save template again.

Use This property for a local template. All portfolio properties is available to portfolio administrators; designs created for another property must connect that property's own products.

Return to Designs → Saved templates, enter a new Design name and choose Use template to create an independent draft. Duplicate under Your designs also creates a separate copy.

If a device backup is offered, choose Recover draft for an eligible current draft, or Recover as new design to preserve the backup in a separate design. Discard backup removes that local recovery copy.

After Save conflict, use Reload latest draft to load the saved version; local edits remain available for recovery as a new design. Use Retry saving for a recoverable save error.

To remove an unused, never-published design, return to Your designs, choose Delete draft, check the named design and confirm. Published designs do not offer this deletion control.
