Requires permission to view documentation and resource access; acknowledgement requires permission to acknowledge documentation.

Steps

  1. Open Documentation Hub and select the property. Browse the Knowledge space folders or use Search titles and page content; choose a page type to narrow results.

  2. For searches of at least two characters, inspect Content matches as well as title matches. Select the relevant heading result to open the exact published passage; Load more matches retrieves additional results.

  3. Open the page and check its publication/revision information. Use On this page, Attachments and All versions when you need the full procedure or supporting evidence.

  4. Use Download page for an interoperable Markdown copy or Print for a printable copy. Attachment downloads are individually authorised; an unavailable attachment must not be treated as read.

  5. If acknowledgement is assigned, read the exact publication and confirm it using the acknowledgement control. A new revision needs its own receipt; an old acknowledgement does not prove you read a later change.
