Steps

  1. Open Operations Hub from More and choose the page in the property knowledge tree. Pull to refresh when online, or use Search to search published guidance and available cached copies.

  2. Open the selected result and check the publication title and date. Use On this page to jump to a section; record links from tasks or other operational screens open the associated guidance section.

  3. Open a listed attachment to download and view it. Attachments are saved after their first successful download; an uncached attachment still requires connectivity.

  4. When the Offline badge appears, you are reading a cached publication. Reconnect and refresh for current guidance, especially if access or publication status changed.

  5. For an app-version investigation, open the supplied Release diagnostics route and share its release source/build and version with support. The diagnostic screen contains installed-release metadata and does not change a playbook.
