Steps
-
Select the property, then open F&B → Restaurant. Select the outlet if more than one is available, and open the table.
-
In the table's Overview, find Table QR. Staycore creates a table code automatically when none exists and otherwise uses the existing active code.
-
Choose Print QR for this table. To prepare several tables together, use Print table QR codes on the Restaurant page. Both open QR Print Studio.
-
Under Choose QR codes, review the selected tables. Use Outlet, Zone or search to find tables, and tick or untick their checkboxes. Filters only change the list; previously selected cards remain selected. Use Clear selection if you want to start again.
-
Under Layout & design, choose Rows, Columns and Card shape, then edit Shared header and Shared footer if needed. Check Print preview and resolve any highlighted card errors.
-
When the studio says Ready to print on A4 or save as PDF, choose Print / Save PDF. Print on A4 at 100% scale with browser headers and footers off, or choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.
-
Scan the printed code and check that it opens the menu for the intended table before placing it in the venue.
Use Regenerate QR in the table's Table QR panel only when you need a replacement link. It requires permission to manage access zones and deactivates the previous code, so print and replace the table's cards afterwards. Reprinting a valid code does not require regeneration.
Table printing requires the Restaurant POS feature and Restaurant module, plus at least one of permission to view restaurant operations, permission to view bar orders or permission to view kitchen orders. It is unavailable for shortlet properties and POS terminal accounts. If Restaurant navigation is unavailable but you have table-printing access, open QR Print Studio directly and choose Tables.
