Compliance/analytics require permission to view compliance for documentation; recommendation decisions need edit permission and multi-document analysis requires permission to administer documentation.

Steps

  1. Open Documentation Hub → Compliance and inspect Requirement coverage, Missing controls, Open standards drift and overdue acknowledgements. Filter findings to the area needing attention.

  2. Open Review document or the source publication. Resolve the actual content gap, then Mark resolved or Dismiss with the displayed decision flow; changing a status alone does not repair a procedure.

  3. For a proposed workflow, inspect its evidence and choose Accept recommendation or Reject when authorised. Refresh if source evidence has changed; recommendations remain proposals until decided.

  4. Use Analytics to review adoption, acknowledgement, content health and linked operational outcomes for the selected scope. These metrics identify areas for review, not proof that every workflow is documented.

  5. Administrators can open Analysis, select the exact active publications, enter the Question or comparison brief, choose answer detail and run the analysis. Review any AI-credit confirmation before continuing and inspect the returned citations; drafts and implicit library matches are excluded.
