Open Workspace → More → Sales insights with permission to view food and beverage and select the date range, outlet and comparison scope.

Review Suggestions and choose Investigate or Simulate for the relevant signal. Inspect the supporting evidence, recommendation, confidence and expected impact before acting.

For an eligible item-availability recommendation, choose Pause or Resume and verify the saved action result. These controls change the item's availability.

For an applicable merchandising recommendation, choose Promote or Feature and check its result. Use Open task when the change belongs in another screen. Simulation alone does not change a price.

Use Dismiss only for a signal you have reviewed and decided to dismiss. Recheck the menu and outlet scope after any applied change.
