Requires Guest Autopilot and access to the selected property; approval rights and policy checks are enforced separately.
Steps

Open Guest Autopilot for the intended property and select Approvals Queue.

Filter or search the queue. Open the proposed action and verify the reservation, recipient, channel, message and any offer price/currency before deciding.

For editable outbound proposals, choose the edit action, adjust the subject/message and any offer details, inspect the preview, then choose Save edits. Saving edits does not send the message.

Choose Approve to authorize the displayed proposal or Deny to reject it. Wait for the queue to refresh; inspect any returned error before retrying.

Use the forensics view to filter by Reservation ID, Event type and decision, then inspect the recorded decision/delivery outcome. An approval alone is not proof of successful delivery.
