Guest ID in the reservation editor means the guest's identity document image. To correct a name or contact detail, use Edit guest details; to change the document on file, use this upload procedure.

Steps

  1. Open the reservation and choose Edit reservation → Guest ID. You can also choose Manage guest ID from the reservation's Guest & ID section.

  2. If you have unsaved guest details, choose Save changes or Reset changes in Guest details first. ID upload is disabled while those edits are unsaved.

  3. In ID image, select a JPEG, PNG or WebP image of the document.

  4. Enter ID expiry date (optional) if applicable. The expiry date must be today or later.

  5. Choose Upload ID when no document is on file, or Replace ID to replace the current document. Wait for ID uploaded. or ID replaced. before leaving the editor.

Uploading records the ID as verified by the staff member performing the upload. It does not complete check-in. The same permission to manage bookings access and reservation status restrictions apply as for editing guest details. If an upload fails, follow the displayed file, expiry or size error and retry; a failed upload is not a completed verification.
